Welcome to EventGo, a ticketing platform operated by Jumbo Media & Films Co. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. General
EventGo is provided by Jumbo Media & Films Co., located at 8-10 Kwai San Road, Kwai Hing, New Territories, Hong Kong. Contact us at +852 93600653 or hi@jumbo-media.com.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account, which may involve verification through third-party services like hCaptcha. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Ticket Purchases
Tickets are sold on behalf of event organizers, and some information may be provided by merchants or users. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable fees and taxes.
We use secure payment processors like Stripe API, but we are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy. EventGo does not guarantee refunds for canceled or postponed events unless specified.
If an event is canceled, we will notify you and process refunds as per the organizer's instructions.
5. Event Attendance
Tickets are revocable licenses. Event organizers may refuse entry or eject attendees for any reason, including violation of venue rules. Venue information may be provided via Google Maps API.
You assume all risks associated with attending events, including injury or loss.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Reselling tickets above face value (scalping).
- Using bots or automated software to purchase tickets.
- Interfering with the Services, including third-party services like hCaptcha or Stripe API.
- Posting harmful or illegal content, including user or merchant-generated information.
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including user and merchant-generated information, is owned by EventGo, its licensors, or the respective content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventGo and its third-party service providers (e.g., Stripe API, Google Maps API, hCaptcha) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

3. 門票購買
門票代表活動主辦方出售，部分資訊可能由商戶或用戶提供。除非另有說明，所有銷售均為最終決定。價格包括適用費用及稅項。
我們使用安全的支付處理器如 Stripe API，但我們對支付處理引致的任何問題概不負責。
4. 退款及取消
退款受活動主辦方政策規管。除非指定，EventGo 不保證因取消或延期活動而退款。
若活動取消，我們將通知您並按主辦方指示處理退款。
5. 活動出席
門票為可撤銷許可。活動主辦方可因任何原因拒絕入場或驅逐出席者，包括違反場地規則。場地資訊可能透過 Google Maps API 提供。
您承擔出席活動的所有風險，包括傷害或損失。
6. 禁止行為
- 以高於面值轉售門票（炒票）。
- 使用機械人或自動軟件購買門票。
- 干擾服務，包括第三方服務如 hCaptcha 或 Stripe API。
- 張貼有害或非法內容，包括用戶或商戶生成的資訊。
違反可能導致帳戶暫停或終止。
7. 知識產權
服務上的所有內容，包括用戶及商戶生成的資訊，由 EventGo、其許可人或相應內容創作者擁有。未經許可，您不得複製、分發或創作衍生作品。
8. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，EventGo 及其第三方服務提供商（例如 Stripe API、Google Maps API、hCaptcha）對使用服務引致的任何間接、附帶或後果性損害概不負責。
9. 管轄法律
本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議須於香港法院解決。
